This adaptor allows for integration to the elevator control system allowing the elevator to be called to specific floors based on which tenant opened the door.

Aiphone IX Series Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
