The PS-2420UL is a DC 24V Class II power supply used for Aiphone intercom applications. This power power supply is UL and CSA listed and is designed for indoor use only.

Aiphone Intercom products are covered by a 3 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
