Installation Notes :
- We recommend to use only professional security installer to install these unit.
- Door station and indoor monitor requires custom programming thru the use of PC software.
- Modification on home networking may be required.

- Use HIK−3E0105P−E, Hikvision 4 port PoE Switch for ease of installation, hard wired set up over PoE
- We recommend to use HIK−3E0105P−E, Hikvision 4 port PoE Switch to have more than 1 monitor via hard wired set up over PoE

Warranty
Hikvision Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
