The Hikvision intercom kit comes with an internal monitor station and external door station, network switch, power supply and memory card. The door station camera features a fish eye lens and IR light for night time viewing of the door station.

Hikvision Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.

Despatch Time
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
