The Hikvision intercom kit comes with an internal monitor station and external door station, network switch, power supply and memory card. The door station camera features a fish eye lens and IR light for night time viewing of the door station.

Hikvision Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labour for installation cost.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
