Hikvision DS-KD-KK Six-Button Nametag Module for Modular Intercoms

The Hikvision DS-KD-KK adds six labelled call buttons to a compatible Hikvision modular intercom door station. Visitors can select the resident or destination directly using a dedicated button, with illuminated name labels for easier identification.

Compatibility and System Requirements

This is an expansion module, not a complete intercom or standalone doorbell. It works with the Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 modular main unit through the module-connection cable. Confirm the exact main-unit model, firmware and mounting arrangement with CTC before ordering for an existing system.

The main unit provides the camera, audio and network functions. Indoor stations, remote calling and door release depend on the rest of the installed system and its configuration. This module does not add smartphone calling by itself.

Required separately: compatible main module, suitable mounting frame and housing, system power/network equipment, indoor stations where required, site cabling and installation. Confirm the supplied button covers, module-connection cable and fixings with CTC before purchase if these are essential to your installation.

Installation and Setup

Choose a frame with enough module positions for the complete entrance panel. An installer must connect the module, set its address and configure each call destination to suit the system. Professional installation is recommended for correct wiring, sealing and reliable calling.

Warranty and Support

The existing product warranty is two years from purchase, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms. Installation labour is separate; ask CTC Communications to confirm the labour cover included in your installation quote.
