Professional 24/7 Monitoring Subscription
The NEVERalone® Personal Emergency Pendant is designed to be connected to a professional 24/7 Australian Monitoring Centre, giving users reliable support at the press of a button.
Ongoing monitoring subscription: $40.00 per month.
This monthly subscription provides access to Professional 24/7 Monitoring, where trained operators can respond to emergency alerts, contact the user through the pendant, view the device location when available, and notify nominated emergency contacts when assistance is required.

How It Works
The NEVERalone® device connects the user to a professional 24/7 Australian Monitoring Centre, ensuring assistance can be arranged quickly when needed. Monitoring is available through a flexible monthly subscription of $40.00 ongoing per month, with no lock-in contracts, so the service can be paused or cancelled when required.
Emergency Response Features
- If the user presses the emergency button or the device detects a fall, an alert is automatically sent to the monitoring station with the user's live GPS location where available.
- A call is then placed to the device to assess the situation. The pendant can auto-answer in hands-free mode, enabling two-way communication.
- The monitoring team will then notify the user's pre-selected emergency contacts when required.
- Low battery alerts are also automatically reported to help ensure the device remains operational.
Discreet Protection Settings
For high-risk users, such as domestic violence victims or lone workers, the device can be customised with silent operation modes, including:
- One-way or two-way voice configuration
- Ringtone suppression
- Voice prompts disabled
