As I respond to your request for feedback I have not yet installed the lock in position. It's going into a new house. I have, though, connected the lock to 24 volt power supply and linked it into my home automation system . Everything worked satisfactorily and I see no reason why it will not perform when its installed. Good service and communication from the folks at CTC Security
